The room, located on the 2nd floor of a typical "Angevin"-style house, is close to educational institutions such as UCO and ESA, as well as the Jean Bouin swimming pool. You are about 20 minutes from the city center and the SNCF train station, both accessible by bus (lines 1 and 7) in less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and offers many food shops nearby. The room on the 2nd floor provides a peaceful and comfortable environment. The bathroom, located on the 1st floor, is reserved for your use.
