The room, located on the 2nd floor of a typical "Angevin"-style house, is close to educational institutions such as UCO and ESA, as well as the Jean Bouin swimming pool. It's about 20 minutes from the city center and the SNCF train station, both reachable by bus (lines 1 and 7) in under 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and offers many local food shops nearby. This private room on the 2nd floor provides a peaceful and comfortable environment. The bathroom, on the 1st floor, is reserved exclusively for guests.
