The room, located on the 2nd floor of a typical "Angevin"-style house, is close to training centers such as UCO and ESA, as well as the Jean Bouin pool. The city center and SNCF train station are about 20 minutes away and can be reached by bus (lines 1 and 7) in under 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and offers many nearby food shops. This private room on the 2nd floor provides a peaceful and comfortable environment. The bathroom, located on the 1st floor, is reserved exclusively for guests. Please note that kitchen access is available for breakfast only. Breakfast is included in your stay and is self-service (help yourselves from the fridge). It includes bread, butter, homemade jam, rusks, tea, coffee, milk, and orange juice according to your preferences. We are available to help you have a pleasant stay.
